Take A Word-Album

This is a photo of my mom at 18.  I was born when she was 38.  She passed on when she was 90.
Hard to believe she was that young once...I suppose my daughter will look at shots of me as a young woman and wonder too...

    Your mother was a real beauty, Patti. You have framed her beautifully for the challenge. What a great photo to have in your keeping. (My Dad actually lived to 102. I was the after-thought child of much older parents and I must have come as a shock!! The fact that he lived into my mid-fifties was a real bonus).

    Your mother is beautiful. What a long and wonderful life she lived. I think we all have that wonder about our mothers. Things we never asked but would have if we'd have found the words or courage. I hope your week is well thus far, my friend.
