Day of the Dead

It just so happens that the theme for both
Collage Obsession
and
Tag Along
this week is
DAY OF THE DEAD.
I used an embossing folder, die cut of the umbrella man,
alcohol inks to colour the flashing tape that I covered the tag with.
Flashing tape is by Home Depot.
The number 
(and all the elements previously mentioned) are by Ranger.

    no Home Depot in my city, but I have seen some pretty cool tape at Walmart. very interesting collage! I'm going to give it a try for Day of the Dead.
