My Inability to Follow Directions

So this is what was posted for the coming week's  The Three Muses challenge:
let's use a small black and white photo WITHIN a colorful art page.

I however, did two big photos on a scrapbook,
non-artsy pastel page.
But it is what it is.
And I don't care.
And yes, that IS me.

  1. I think I remember more of myself as a child like you do. I enjoyed your
snapshot theme. You were a cutie Electra.

  2. Well done, Patti. Reminds me of the Statler Brothers song, last stanza of which reads:
"And the class of '57 had its dreams.
We all thought we'd change the world with our great work & deeds.
Or maybe we just thought the world would change to fit our needs.
The class of '57 had its dreams." Strangely, we were just discussing this in my little writing group yesterday, as one of our members was just returned from her high school class reunion! Small world.

  3. Hahaha! I can notice you look like all the girls of your family, with this irresistible radiant smile! I always love your scrapbook-work, no matter what colours... That is the YOU everybody loves Patti! Beautiful job as always my friend.

  4. A super page and photos you used.

  5. fine by me! it is beautiful! xo

  6. oh my. you inspire me to try to create a scrapbook layout. this is beautiful!

  7. You go girl art is self expression no mistakes. Great job.

  8. This one's a keeper, Patti. Take a bow.

Thank you for your visit. I really appreciate it!
